For anyone who knew Justin, he was a very intelligent, fun, sweet individual. This past Sunday 9/15 he was in a devastating car accident and passed away. He was loved by so many people. As we mourn him, I ask for donations for the Owens family to go towards the funds needed for this hard time. Any amount will help.
