Justin Glinn - Emergency Medical Bills Assistance

I’m sure many of you may know a bit about the health struggles our dear friend Justin Glinn has encountered recently. Amidst the coronavirus pandemic this has been an even more distressing and scary time for him, as it has quickly progressed into a very urgent medical emergency involving an infection on his foot that got very serious, very quickly.
Justin has had 4 surgeries on his foot since May 5th and has now been in the hospital for almost 3 weeks. The surgeries were to stop the infection and removal of necrotic tissue of the wound spreading into his joint to prevent the loss of his foot. In general terms there were 2 surgeries to scrape out all of the infection, a skin graft, and now with this latest surgery this week, he needs to use a wound VAC which is very expensive and after care even more so because it could require a home nurse visit 3 days a week. This will take at least 4-6 weeks of healing if all goes well, and we’re hoping it does! So as you can see this is going to be very costly but necessary in order to save his foot, which is the only outcome that is acceptable for Justin, his wife, and anyone who knows them obviously!
I have been lucky enough to be friends with Justin and his wife, Karen for 10+ years now. I’ve worked with them both professionally in various theaters over the years, and know them personally to be the sweetest friends. They are very active in the theatrical community and I know have touched and helped so many people, and now they need a little support from us. We all know times are tough for everyone right now in our world but if you can find a way, and have the means to help, please consider donating to offset the burden this will most definitely place on them financially.
