Family and friends, we have lost an incredible American, father, son, brother, husband, shipmate, and friend.

Justin Fratantuono passed away this past week. Anyone who was lucky enough to have known him--to have learned with him, to have served with him, to have called him a friend--can attest to the incredible person he was. He was a patriot who gave years of service to his country; he was a loving son, a faithful brother and friend; he was a devoted husband and father of two beautiful girls.

Please help Justin's family transition while they mourn the loss of this irreplaceable man. All donations will go directly to the family for use as they see fit, but with the intention of funding the education of his daughters.

"The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025, at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, 1520 Rifle Range Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464. A prayer service will be held prior to visitation at 6:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am, on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at St Clare of Assisi Catholic Church, 990 Etiwan Park St, Charleston, SC 29492."
