Hello, most of you may know my name is Justin Triplett, I’ am 26 years old, and I absolutely hate to ask for help, but I’ve come to a point in my life where my health is taking its toll and I’m needing dialysis to help my kidneys function better until I can get a transplant. I am not able to work because of this. I will be doing dialysis every day, 12 hours a day I have a 2 year old son, and a fiancé who is a full time college student. She is currently looking for a part time job. Bills are hard to pay right now, and money is hard to come by when you can’t work. I am currently waiting on disability and SSI, If anyone is willing to help out I promise it won’t go unnoticed and it would be appreciated. Anything will help, and in the end I will of course return the favor some day!
