Hi, my name is Justin. Ive tried my best to make it along without creating something like this but my family and I are going to need as much support as possible from here. I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer which has spread to my liver, this battle started in July of 2020 and have been fight it since, We found out that because of the cancer my liver basically swelled from on side of my body to the other and i have partial esophogus obstruction as well. I started on your typical chemo where you are hooked to a pump for 6 hrs in office and a small pump to continuously pump for 2 days after. We showed promise within 6 months of doing treatments the size of my liver decreased 3x the size it was but after that there seemed to be no further decrease. My Dr decided that i was a good candidate for a medical trial that was supposed to neutralized the gene in my body that is creating the cancer, i had been taking this trial med for the past 2.5 months but in that period of time my liver has now doubled in size again basically putting me back at square 1 again. I have my spouse who is my care taker but isnt employeed and 2 children of working age that have been doing their best to help us through these times. I tried to go back to work hoping to save up as much money as possible for their future unfortunately ive bee too sick to maintain. We have a house and car payment with several fur babies as well. Ive spent the past 15 years trying my best to build a good life for my family and this has basically put those things to a hault and am now just trying to make it week by week while trying to fight this and build their future before my life comes to an end, they are truely who matters to me and this fund would not only help with medical expenses but also help them get on their feet if i lose this battle.
