Hi everyone, my name is Leanne and I'm trying to raise funds for dear friends of mine who are in a tragically heartbreaking situation. As I am writing this I am crying. Justin is 38 years old, his wife Aysh is 35 years old. They have been together for 19 years. They are eachothers ride or die they have 3 beautiful children Sky whom is a teen, Ezra 4, and baby Hayden 4 months. Last Aug 2024 Justin started suffering from very violent seizures and was hospitalized, they did urgent scans and found a stage 2 cancer mass in his brain. Surgeons operated and removed as much of the mass as possible as removal of all of it could have caused severe paralysis, it did cause weakness to one side but not complete paralysis. After the op Justin had some meds and drs kept an 'eye' on things. Earlier this year Justins seizures started becoming much more regular again and were getting worse he was back and fourth to hospital and underwent more tests, to our horror the mass had returned but not only returned as it was but it came bk as a stage 4 Astrocytoma. Drs have given Justin just 12 to 18 months life expectancy, we all pray this is not the case. To say this family is absolutely devastated is a massive understatement. They are absolutely broken, exhausted and desperate. They have only months ago welcomed a beautuful baby boy in to this world, he has brought them some peace and happiness along with their other two children but the heart breaking burden they live with everyday is how much time does Justin have and what quality of life is left for him. Justin had treatement non stop for 6 weeks everyday and started getting better use of his weak side. As time has gone on (a couple of months) he is again struggling with movement and falling over due to one side of his body really weakening this is called SMA (temporary paralysis), he walks with a crutch all the time when he has the energy, he is only 38. I want to raise some money for this beautuful family who are fighting to survive and make the best of what time they have left together. Aysh is petrified of losing Justin, and having to bring up their children alone and anyone would be, but at 35 newly married and a new mum again I can't imagine what this poor girl is going through. She works every hour she can, takes Justin to every appointment with their baby in her arms Justin is a real warrior and has shown nothing but bravery but reality hits him and he is heartbroken at the thought of leaving behind his wife and children. Please anyone that can, PLEASE help this family have some joy in the time they have left together. If the miracle of medication can not save Justin maybe we can help them make memories that will last a lifetime and atleast bring them some happiness, and maybe Aysh and Justin some peace of mind that if/ when that fateful time comes and Justin loses his battle with this dreadful disease she can be with her kids and not have to worry about where every penny is going to come from as losing her husband and having two very young children is soul destroying enough. There are no words for how utterly devestating this situation is. Please however big or small every single penny is appreciated beyond words. Thank you for taking the time to read this and pls share to as many ppl as you can. #hopeforjustin.
EDIT:
Thank you all so very much for all your donations so far you have all made such a difference. I can't believe the compassion I am seeing from people and it really means a lot to Justin, Aysh and the children. Please everyone keep sharing far and wide because as a team we can make Justin and Aysh's remaining time together along with their children a little less stressful . The last thing they should have to worry about is money when there are so many other devastating factors they have to face. Much love to you all our team God bless.
EDIT. Thank you so much to everyone has has so far donated ,you are all so kind and we are so grateful to you all beyond words. Justin has recently had results from the MRI he had last month since having chemo and other treatment combinations. To be honest the results were better than we expected the mass has only grown a couple of milometres so the Dr has said that is pretty stable considering the aggressive nature of Astrocytomas. He will be have a week of chemotherspy every month for a year to hopefully keep it stable The family had a nice day out together the otherday (new profile pic) But everyday is a struggle for them. Pls share my Go fund me page to as many ppl as possible and thank you all again so very much from the bottoms of our hearts #hopeforjustin God bless you all.
