Thank you for helping Justin and Tanya as Justin experiences his 3rd colon cancer recurrence in 3.5 years.

They are a couple with a young family in Yeppoon, Queensland.

After receiving every family’s worst news a few years ago, Justin underwent surgery and chemotherapy. After an initial period of stability, a regular check up in 2024 dealt the news every cancer survivor dreads - recurrence. Despite restarting intensive chemotherapy unfortunately Justin now faces a third recurrence in 2025.

Justin runs his own business and has now lost his income as he must pay employees to take his place.

Tanya has exhausted all of her leave allocation over the last few years of Justin’s illness, including looking after Justin through 10 months of treatment in 2024.

With Justin unable to work, she is the family’s sole provider, and is unable to take time off to care for him or they will be completely without an income.

Justin is now back to having fortnightly chemotherapy, sadly possibly indefinitely.

The goal is to help ease the pressure as much as possible on Justin and Tanya so they can focus on what is truly important.
