Justin and Constance Support Fund
I am creating this fundraiser to benefit my Nephew and Niece, as they attempt to manage the costs that come with an unexpected accident. Justin was the victim of an intoxicated driver over the weekend and sustained numerous injuries from this 2 vehicle, head on collision in Bluff City, TN.
He was driving his Dad's work van and though it was totalled, it saved his life and we are beyond grateful to be asking for help with hospital and surgery costs, rather than the alternative.
As of now, they've operated to save his foot and he has pins holding it together. It appears that further operations will be needed to put metal plates in, after the initial trauma heals. The air bag shattered his glasses into his eye, his back was also broken and he has lacerations and bruising from being pinned by the engine. They cut the door off the van to get him out.
Justin doesn't have medical insurance and the driver at fault, had no insurance on their vehicle either. The hospital stay alone, is financially crippling. Not to mention the surgery fees that are broken down to Anesthesia, Orthopedic, medication, etc. Justin will be out of work and unable to walk for quite some time. He was also registered to start back to school this week and that has been stalled as well.
Please help me, help them, with yet another traumatic crisis thrown into their lives at no fault of their own. Constance will be going back to work later in the week, but we don't yet know how long they will be dependent on her income alone. His medical expenses pile up as I even type these words.
I couldn't have chosen a better partner for my beloved Niece, to journey through this life with. Justin is genuine, kind and his entire being is lit up with love and loyalty. These kids have been through too much already in their 5 years shared. Let's show them how big our love is, when they need it most. Thank you, from a grateful Aunt.
