We come to you to ask for help in a time of grieving and loss of our beloved Justin Alan Bellare. On Tuesday September 30th, 2025 he was tragically killed in a head on collision on HWY 371 just west of Anza, CA.
Our family is reeling at the sudden loss of a man who had so much life left to live. In the worst twists of fate its the same road we lost his older brother on in 2006. Literally 20 years and 5 miles apart, so our father Danny Bellare is absolutely devastated. No parent should have to bury both of their sons.
His mother Diane Bellare, who is legally blind is now alone, without her son to assist in her care which Justin took full time involvement in helping her daily. He took it up on himself to be her full time caregiver as her ailment progressed he stepped up to be there for her.
His step-mother Kathy Bellare and step-brother Joseph Lynch are also in shock, as we've called Justin brother and son since he was 5. All of his friends, are lost right now as he brought a peace and joy with him when he came and now that he is gone that one of a kind laugh has been silenced on this earth forever.
Justin wasn't perfect, none of us are. But he Loved with all his heart, he gave with all his soul and he brought joy to all who knew him and called him friend or family. He is already missed by so many and that longing will only grow as time passes.
Justin loved to fish, ride dirt bikes, go to drag races, boat races any type of race he was there. He loved to smoke a joint, dress on point and live life to the fullest.
We come to you in need of help to lay him to rest, we as a family are not in a position to facilitate all that is needed when a loved one passes. So we reach out to our community in hopes we will find support in this, the worst of times.
