Justice For Sandi

On July 13, 2015 my daughter Sandi Vasquez was found dead in her sister Stephanie's apartment.  She was only 20 yrs. old and had no medical issues that would cause her to pass away.  Sandi was a beautiful, vibrant young lady who excelled in school and was about to graduate.  All who knew her can attest that she was genuinely kind, sweet and humble.  The police officers did not secure the scene and allowed over 30 civilians to enter the premises where Sandi was found.  Subsequently, we have concerns regarding the autopsy.
