Please help my dear friends Jeff and Patrick who lost their beloved pet Kobe who was brutally shot on their property by a neighbor who thought Kobe was a coyote. Kobe was let out in their yard to go to the bathroom like he did every night between 12:00-1:00 AM.  The neighbor shot Kobe with  a 22 caliber shot gun thinking Kobe was a coyote. Jeff and Patrick have hired an attorney and have filed a civil suit in Supreme Court to obtain justice for Kobe.  Due to  this heinous crime, Jeff and Patrick have incurred enormous bills to save Kobe‘s life and to retain an attorney. 
The neighbor  has been charged with  trespassing by projectile which is a a third-degree felony in the State of Florida. Jeff and Patrick are seeking justice to make sure that this will never happen again. 
Kobe Blue had many many puppies  around the country as well as around the world and was loved beyond belief. 
 They will be donating a portion of any monetary settlement to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
