Justin Ortiz, my brother, a Marine, a rapper, son of Kim Cipolli and loved by many. Justin was a very kind loving young man and as his younger brother he showed me everything I know. My brother was a victim to gun violence and I'm starting this page to reach out to all loved ones and supporters to help me and my Mom get through this hard time, any type of help is appreciated.
