I need justice please read

Ok  freinds and family  i have never really needed help like this .  I have tried everything i could think of but nothing has worked.  I am a prideful man  but this not just about me anymore.   This situation directly effects my kids and my fiance who  have always depended on me to take care of them.  I was riding home  dec 1 2014 after working  all day and goin to night school as i normally did.   I was on my motorcycle  and i was ridin with my freind to 1130.  Then we parted ways and i continued home.  I reached my road and came upon a police roadblock.  So i stopped turned off my bike  and took off my helmet and the cop approached me.  He asked me a bunch of questions about where i am coming from.  I told him  the truth  about comin from class and work.  He said he was lookin for a  dark colored motorcycle  running from the cops.  I own a bright red kawasaki 636 which i was riding that night.  I told the cop obviously this was not me you were lookin for so am i free to go.   They ended up arresting me for felony evading and reckless driving  even though  they had no proof it was me.    I had to pay 500 dollard to bond out and 200 dollars to get my bike out of the  tow yard.  So i then retained a lawyer and had pay him  5000  which i really didnt have but  for something i didnt  do i couldnt chance getting found guilty.    During the first prelimanary hearing the cop didnt have any notes and couldnt identify the bike or the rider.   I even paid the lawyer to have a court reporter transcribe the prelimary hearing  so that  we have proof of the cops testimony.    In the final court  date  my lawyer didnt bring  the preliminary report so he could show that they changed the story between court hearings.     The va state cop testified  that was coming across the james river bridge goin toward newport news and the bike rider  was traveling opposite direction goin 135 mph.  The state cop testified he was anle to go a mile up the road turn around and catch bike before the the mile left on the bridge  at that that speed it would have taken  26 seconds to cover that distance provin that is phyically impossible.   The cop car tops out at 145.  He would to have traveled  almost two miles in that 26 seconds.  
The  cop chased the guy till he lost sight of him and called off the chase.  They didnt see another motorcycle for 40 min.   After the cop lost sight  of him the motorcycle rider rode past my house at high rate of speed.   Shena was outside at that time  and testified  wat kind of bike it was and wat the person was wearing.  He then saw more cops and turned around and came by house a second time and again shena saw the rider.  During the chase a cop crashed in the woods.  The guy running from the cop  even rode by the crash scene and the cops yet again couldnt get a clear description.   Now remember the chase started at 1120 pm which at that time i had proof i was riding with my freind ronny  and didnt part ways till 1130.   So there was no way it was me.  But that doesnt matter cause according to the judge why would 3 cops make up a story .  I was convicted od felony evading and recklass driving with them having no proof it was me and if i cant appeal this i will get a dishonorable discharge from the navy which i love.  And the sentence carri
es up to five years for something i didnt do. Please i beg everyone to help anyway they can so i can get a good lwyer that wont just take my money like the last one my kids well being depnds on it please help
