Postman's Lives and Wishes Matter

Donation protected
This is a plea for justice, not only for my daughter but for her late partner who's last wishes are not being implemented.
Hello, my name is Jeanie., I am trying to raise funds to employ a solicitor to help my heartbroken disabled daughter Semone who tragically lost her partner Cliton Steer on 5th March 2024 in a horrific road accident whilst on his way home on A21 ( it was all over internet as it was such an horrific accident)
If that wasn't bad enough my distraught daughter is having to fight Royal Mail pension provider (Capita) for Clint's pension, as were his wishes.
About 7 years ago Clint filled out a form for Royal Mail ( he was a postman) it was a letter of intent stating that if anything happened to him then his pension would go to his life partner Semone.
After Clint's tragic fatal accident there were forms that Capita sent out for Semone to complete. After massive amount of form filling the pension provider have decided that as Semone and Clint were not married and the letter of intent was not found in their paperwork that they would only allow my disabled daughter 2 years of Clint's pension ( they had clearly acknowledged that Semone was his partner) so why limited his pension for just 2 years.
Clint had worked for Royal Mail for 36 years and was due to retire in just 4 years time, that is when Clint and Semone planned to get married.
My daughter is absolutely distraught over the loss of her " soul mate and partner"
She has little money as she had an industrial injury some years ago that facilitated her having a major back operation ( damaged discs from base of her spine) means she has a mobility scooter to get around.
I feel my daughter is being discriminated against because she was Clint's partner and not his wife.
Also, something has gone badly wrong where Royal Mail couldent find Clints letter of intent, they supposedly had nothing on file.
The money raised will go to a specialised solicitor who will fight her case. It is an expensive option going through a solicitor but she has no other choice.
The time is of the essence as Capita has now given a deadline of when Semone can challenge this, we have just 2 1/2weeks to instruct a solicitor.
Thank you for reading this, please share with others who may have been in similar situation, I thank you from bottom of my heart.
P.s if you know any postmen/women please ask them to check their letter of intent is lodged with HR royal mail, because if they cannot find it, they will have a fight on their hands.
