Justice & Healing for Bryson and the Murray Family
On August 20th, tragedy struck and changed the Murray family forever.
Three-year-old Bryson Lamont Murray’s life was senselessly cut short due to gun violence. In the same devastating incident, Bryson’s mother, Cherrelle Murray, was also shot three times. While Cherrelle continues to fight through her long journey of healing—physically, mentally, and emotionally—she is now left to grieve the unimaginable loss of her baby boy.
Bryson is remembered as a joyful, bright, and loving child whose smile lit up every room he entered. His short time here will never be forgotten. He is survived by his loving mother, Cherrelle, his sister Shaniya Murray, and his brother Dontrey Showell—all of whom are deeply heartbroken by this tragedy.
