Sleepy The Barber is a well-known and respected member of the Dallas community. He’s dedicated his life to helping others—cutting hair for free for young boys, mentoring them to stay out of trouble, and supporting incarcerated men with food, phone calls, and encouragement. Even now, while incarcerated, he leads prayer calls and uplifts those around him.

We are urgently seeking to raise $17,500 by the end of March to retain a secure and strong legal defense and to protect his rights . This retainer fee will include case investigations, evidence review, filing of pre trial motions and expert consultation. He maintains innocence and deserves a fair opportunity to defend himself properly. Right now, Sleepy is fighting for his freedom after being wrongfully accused and arrested due to misinformation and excessive force. He has lost his apartment and everything he owned. Despite these hardships, he remains hopeful and continues to inspire others, but he needs our help to get justice.
