We are a group of employees and shareholders from Contour Spa speaking out after experiencing a devastating betrayal within a company that was created by women, for women. What was once a mission-driven, community-rooted business built on empowerment has now been overtaken by wage theft, silencing, wrongful lockouts, and internal corruption.

Now, not only have we been impacted—but so have our valued clients, who are the heart and soul of why we do what we do.

This is more than a company crisis. This is a breakdown of everything we believed in, and everything we worked to build.

What’s Happening

• Employees have gone unpaid since the last pay period on May 2nd, 2025, with no real explanation, or accountability.

• On the night of May 21, 2025, Contour Spa’s corporate team sent unsolicited resignation letters on behalf of unpaid team members—without their consent or agreement.

• We as employees and shareholder/owners, never resigned. Yet we were forcibly removed and locked out of the very company we helped build.

• Internal systems and communication platforms were shut down, silencing employees and isolating us from one another.

This company was supposed to be a sanctuary. A space for healing. A place where women could grow, thrive, and be supported. What’s happening now is the exact opposite.
