Justice For Wilma

https://people.com/crime/indiana-mom-fatally-shot-after-car-breaks-down/  The family of Wilma Hochstetler is starting a campaign to raise funds to put up a reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of both perpetrators.   The police department does not have any significant leads at this point.  All funds will be coordinated with the local police department and disbursed to any individual that comes forward with information leading to an arrest and conviction of the perpetrators as identified by the police department. If the perpetrators have not been brought to justice in 2 years, the money raised here will go directly to Wilma's children. I am a sister-in-law to Wilma. My husband, Tim is a brother. We will be withdrawing the funds into our personal account and then handing it over to the police in department in whatever form (certified check, personal check, ect.) they need.
