Our family is facing the most devastating loss imaginable.

Last night my husband, Victor Buford, was taken from us in a ruthless and senseless act of violence at just 32 years old. The pain we are feeling is something words can hardly explain. Victor wasn’t just my husband — he was my first love, my children’s father, and a man who meant everything to our family.

He leaves behind four beautiful children who are now trying to understand a world without their dad: our twin boys Jeremiah and Joziah (12), Violet (7), and Javier (6). Their hearts are broken, and as their mother I’m doing everything I can to be strong for them while we try to process this unimaginable tragedy.

Right now we are asking our community, family, and anyone who is able to please help us lay Victor to rest with the dignity and love he deserves. We are also trying to take the time we need away from work and school so that our children can begin to heal after losing their father so suddenly.
