On November 2, I was targeted by my little brother and soon to be ex-wife with a false wellness call intended to destroy my reputation and my business. I explained to the police officers from the 25th precinct in Harlem as well as their mental health workers that this was a mistake, and that I am not a threat to myself or others. They demanded to be let into my home. I stated I know my constitutional rights and unless you have a warrant you cannot break down the door and take me out.

Well they did just that, and I was cuffed by a SWAT team, then I was brought against my will to the Madison 5 Psyche Ward in Mt Sinai Hospital.

Upon intake they told me I had to sign the intake forms I said “I don’t sign anything without legal council present”.

Every Psychiatrist said I must be having a manic episode because of my natural energy and defiant nature. I kept arguing that I shouldn’t be here and citing my rights and religious beliefs.

After refusing medication for 14 days I finally complied as I was being threatened and coerced, I was told that they would make my treatment court ordered if I didn’t comply or accept their false diagnosis.

I was unable to practice my right to vote, right to practice my religion, and the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

I have since lost my youth tennis business after school contracts, my home, and have been harassed by the NYPD 3 additional times. They came to my building during the holidays, looking for me for more false wellness checks, and am slowly rebuilding my life and business.

Any donation made would help me rebuild from this traumatic experience and help me to share my story and shed light on the epidemic of weaponised mental health checks, which have no oversight or repercussions.

it would also help to support my legal team while we obtain the body cam footage to prove my case, in a fight for justice in something that is bigger than myself.
