Justice for Tommy: Legal Help Needed

Help Us Fight for Uncle Tommy
Our family needs your help.
Recently, my Uncle Tommy (my dad’s brother) went to the ER with a severe headache and was diagnosed with a brain tumor. While most of it was removed, we received the heartbreaking news that it was an aggressive brain cancer (Glioblastoma). Since then, he has endured multiple surgeries, a stroke, and now suffers from daily memory loss.
To make matters worse, during his hospital stay his former stepsister (no blood relation) obtained that advance directive, giving her control over his care. Since then, she has:
• Banned his family—including his daughter, brother, and me—from seeing him in the hospital.
• Taken control of his bank account and life insurance, changing beneficiaries to herself.
• Attempted to seize his work checks and other assets.
My Uncle Tommy is heartbroken that he cannot see his family, especially his daughter, Kennedy. Kennedy is a single mom of two young children who simply wants to be by her dad’s side during this devastating time.
We have tried to have his advance directive changed since Tommy is still able to clearly communicate his wishes to us. However, the medical team has deemed him “incapacitated” and refuses to honor his requests or allow us to change his advance directive—even though he has clearly expressed his desire for that.
We are fighting back with every resource we have—police reports, elder abuse investigations, and appeals to the hospital—but the legal process is expensive and overwhelming. We urgently need an attorney to protect Tommy, his health, and his daughter’s rights.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help us secure the legal support needed to bring justice, protect his wishes, and reunite him with his family.
We believe in God’s justice and truth, and we are deeply grateful for your love, prayers, and support.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
