After of having our awareness flyers torn down over and over, hundreds of people have encouraged us to put up a billboard instead. We never intended to ask for donations, but because of the overwhelming response of people wanting to contribute to making that happen, we decided to create this fundraiser.

On October 4, 2025, our daughters, Tiara Manica (17) and Navayah Dorsey (18), were victims of a double homicide inside their apartment. Although the person who admitted to shooting both young teens claimed self-defense, no homicide arrest has been made in this case.

Our goal is simple: to keep Tiara and Navayah’s names and their story in the public eye. A billboard cannot be torn down like a flyer, and it will allow thousands of people every day to learn about this case and remember our daughters.

Every donation will go directly toward the billboard. If additional funds are raised, they will be used solely for continued efforts to seek justice through lawful advocacy and community outreach.
