On a evening on February 10, 2026, I walked outside to my car to look for Thiago insurance card which was in my purse , (I was on the phone setting up a dental appointment for all three of my kids) Thiago and Oliver followed me(Riley was in school) thiago locked my car from the inside and I had left my keys inside the car. Well later that afternoon when my roommate had gotten back from work I asked him if he could help me, getting my keys out my car, he argued with me because he didn’t have a wire hanger , but he needed to go to his mom to get a wire hanger, I argued with him, I told him no let’s try to do something different, like tape or glue, I went inside the bathroom to go look for tape or glue, he still went to put his shoes to go to his moms, Thiago followed me to the bathroom but then he started eating my makeup ,that was in the bathroom, I asked Thiago to get out the bathroom, and he did, my other two children were watching tv in the living room, as Thiago was walking out I assume he saw my roommate leaving the house and followed him outside my oldest ran to put her shoes on, seconds after I walked outside (the door was wide open) that’s when I saw my roommate picking up my baby lifeless, he didn’t check his surroundings, he had run him over (my other two children saw everything) he told the police that he hit the baby while reversing. But I don’t understand how he drives 2025 year vehicle with cameras and sensors but didn’t see Thiago, till this day this man is FREE! No bond or nothing just went on with his life like nothing ever happened, literally a day or two he went to get a haircut, makes me sick to my stomach that this person took my baby life and there’s no remorse. I truly believe this wasn’t accident, the investigator in charge of this case called me crazy, and that I need “help” but I am just a mother trying to get justice for my baby. All the money will be going towards lawyers to get justice for my innocent little angel.
