Justice For Tay

Never in a million years would I imagine having to type this. Dyante meant so much to ALL of us, so it is only right that we make sure he gets the proper send off.
Early Thursday morning, Dyante (Tay, Duff, 25) was involved in a fatal assault. He was confronted in Ybor City by two men. If you know Dyante (Tay), you know that he never was one to fight—He might roast you, but he was never one for physical violence. While one guy confronted Tay, another came out of nowhere and hit him. He was hit in the jaw and fell to the concrete ground – resulting in a broken jaw and a severe brain injury. While laying on ground, the coward who attacked him, hit him again with a speaker – resulting in further brain injuries. By the time my little brother got to the ER, he was almost completely brain dead. Tay fought over the next few days, but the brain injury was too much and he ultimately succumbed to the injuries.
Tuesday morning at 3:15 AM, Dyante was taken to the OR where HE made the ultimate decision to donate his organs to save 8 lives. He was my Hero in life and now gets to be a hero to 8 others in death.
Please donate anything you can to help me and the rest of his family do the hardest thing we have ever had to do – bury our hero.
If you can’t make a financial donation, please make a spiritual one and say a prayer for his family as we try to heal. Pray that the police catch the guy who did this. And please pray for my mother as she has to lay to rest her baby boy.
