JUSTICE for TASHII

This is my big brother Tashii. He was killed between 1-2am mothers day while "in police custody". He was being chased at or around the Venetian Hotel when he approached two officers for help then proceeded to walk away. The officers then followed him, one tased him (successfully) and began to put him in a choke hold or "lateral neck restraint" while the other officer began to punch him in the face (according to eyewitness account), he then lost consciousness and was later pronounced dead.  THIS IS A CASE OF EXCESSIVE FORCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! he was not armed, they did not mention him trying to fight back, they had NO reason to follow him! He was diagnosed as a manic depressive and was on medication for paranoia. They could have listened to him! Rather he was really being chased or not is unclear but as a respresentative of the law your job is to serve and PROTECT....my brother came to you for PROTECTION and you ended up being the ones to take his life !!!! He leaves behind 2 children, a mother, siblings, neices, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, friends, etc who all want ANSWERS!! Right now we are asking for help with my brothers services and cremation so we can take him back home to Hawai'i. Everything is gonna cost us about $7900 and we would greatly appreciate ANY help !!! HE DID NOTHING.....NOTHING BUT SEEK HELP.
