Hello, my name is Clare Beardsley, and I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of Spiro/Dave Ellison and his children, Cole and Breeanna Larson-Ellison.

On October 27th* Spiro will be facing a trial that will have a major impact on his future. We are reaching out to ask for your support in helping him secure strong legal representation during this difficult time.

Spiro is more than this current situation. He is a loving and dedicated father, neighbor, and friend who is well loved and appreciated in his community of Pine River. Like many people, Spiro has faced many challenges, and right now, he is navigating one of the hardest times of his life.

To ensure Spiro has a fair chance in court, we urgently need a lawyer to represent him fairly and strongly. The cost of the retainer fee is $10,000, which is overwhelming for him and us to cover alone on such short notice. Without legal support, Spiro will be at a serious disadvantage in the trial process.
