My heart is completely broken. We have tragically lost someone who was the absolute center of so many worlds—a little sister, a niece, my sister-in-law, my children's cherished aunt, and a best friend. Shaela had a laugh that could light up any room and a constant smile that brought joy to everyone around her. She was the kindest, most caring, and loving soul, and the only person I knew who still took the time to send thoughtful cards in the mail just to show she cared. After struggling through a difficult marriage for so long, she finally found her freedom and her true happiness. She loved dogs, horses, and all animals with her whole heart. Losing her so brutally and tragically is the hardest experience of our lives. We are completely shattered, but we will hold onto the beautiful memories of her beautiful spirit forever. Rest in peace, our sweet Shaela.

On May 28, Shaela died and was found deceased at the bottom of the stairs by her estranged ex-husband. He has not been charged yet, and we need more proof. We are raising funds for specialist, forensic, and private investigators to help gather evidence and seek justice for Shaela. Please help. Don’t let him get away with it.
