Justice for Roscoe Foster

On behalf of Roscoes children we are raising money to offer a $5000.00 reward for direct information that leads to the arrest and prosecution of the person/persons who is responsible for taking Roscoe away from us. Lamar billboards has offered us a space for 30 days for $740 to publicly announce the reward. No amount is too small, $1.00 a week would help us make this happen. Roscoe lived in Schenectady all of his life. We miss him terribly. If Roscoe ever helped you, help us help him. He deserves Justice and Justice will be served. We are not going anywhere Ros, we love you forever and we got you!!!
