Many of you may or may not be aware that our son, former Spring Lake Laker and MSU graduate Rodney Stevenson ll has been accused of a crime he did not commit. It is with great humility, urgency and a host of other emotions, we are launching this campaign “JUSTICE FOR RODNEY” initiative. Our family, over the last few weeks has been put into a precarious situation, due to a series of unfortunate events. Allegations have been railed against us (our son) that are unwarranted and untrue. These false claims have led to a series of public scrutiny and as a result we need legal help that transcends our current capacity. Rodney faces federal imprisonment for up to 30 years and legal fees expected to be over $100,000. Our family is appealing to you for help. Our son/family is a facing a potentially challenging time over the next few month with legal proceedings.
