Justice for Richard Yerant's Widow

My name is Kristin Kelly and I am Georgia Yerant's daughter-in-law. Georgia was married to Richard Yerant for over 30 years before he tragically lost his battle with COVID-19 in September 2020.  Richard was the co-owner of a local small business loved by all for over 35 years and was a cherished & respected figure in the Rochester community. 

I started this Go Fund Me to help raise funds for Georgia to help with unexpected legal expenses. Currently Georgia has no income and relies solely on social security to get by. Richard's estate is currently having to go through potential litigation due to equities we believe are owed. Until such resolution, this matter has unfairly placed Georgia in financial limbo as well as continual emotional stress from the loss of her husband until which time the estate can be settled. 

Richard was there for his family, friends and customers in every way that counted.  He always went above and beyond representing his true integrity. I ask that we come together to help raise money for his widow, Georgia, to fight and seek justice for what is right. 100% of the funds raised will go to Georgia for having to front legal expenses for the estate.
