Justice for Richard Baylis

My dad was in a care home. My sister and I had Legal Power of Attorney for health and welfare. We made it very clear my dad was NOT to have the Covid vaccine via emails.  My dad did not want the vaccine either. He had dementia for the last 2 years. The dr who vaccinated him said it was a BEST INTEREST. There is no documentation to this BEST INTEREST assessment. I videoed and recorded and kept a diary of my dads rapid decline after the vaccine. He had the vaccine on 5.01.21 and passed away on 17.01.21. Fit and healthy then rapid decline. We need money for solicitors fees To fight this injustice, of going against my dads human rights and our wishes. Negligence. And over riding and not consulting us. We were informed he had the vaccine when I went to the home on 6.01. 2021. So We were neither consulted nor advised. If my dad had not of had the vaccine he would still be alive today. The care home have deliberately over ridden our legal power of attorney and acted in what they thought was best. Which is against the law of best interest. My solicitor has said this is assault and manslaughter plus many other negligent issues. 

UPDATE. My sister and I got my dad out of the care home on 12.01.20 where he was rushed to hospital immediately as the home ignored his illness and left him in bed to die with no medical care. We now have the HOSPITAL REPORT which shows he had

1. Brain liaisons, 2. Heart Failure 3. blood clots. 4. Double pneumonia. (All of these are now known to be caused by the vaccine). Despite the death certificate stating he died from pneumonia caused by covid. He had NO COVID SYMPOMS. And was also checked for covid symptoms the day before he was vaccinated and was asked to sign a DNR order. We also have the drs report which confirms he had NO SYMPTOMS on 4.01.21.

Please consider helping this case and us get justice. They have taken advantage of someone who was vulnerable had dementia and an assault has been made, which led to our dads death.

We are still left devastated that this happened. Sadly we were planning to remove my dad from the home on 10.01.21, as we were told the vaccines were going out on 11.01.21 by the home, And we didn’t trust what was going on. Unfortunately we were too late and we were misled and the vaccines went out on 5.01.20 instead of the 11.01.21!
