Justice For Ray Hanish Death/Murder

On March 13th my brother Ray Hanish was murdered, I say murdered because I don't believe the story that Garrett Kirts gave officials when he confessed to killing him. That it was an accident, that he strangled him in a supposed "sex act" and it went to far.... I CALL HORSE HOCKEY... Who ACCIDENTALLY strangles someone??? Yes my brother was gay, but that's NOT who my brother was. And I don't believe for one minute that Garrett Kirts was gay, bi or otherwise.. Go read all the stories & listen to podcasts.. He's a cold blooded killer. This kid, (& I say kid because he is 21 years old) then robbed my brother, took his car, tv, wallet, credit cards, money & cell phone. THEN left his body just lay in his apartment for 4 days. It was my mother & I who reported him missing & officers found his body on the 17th. Kirts, who confessed still has not been charged for my brother's death. Yet he sits in jail awaiting trial for the murder/strangulation of a young woman he killed on March 28th, just weeks after my brother. WHY you are asking,  hasn't he been charged for my brother yet??? Good question!! One we have been asking ourselves & Law Enforcement for months, with no justifiable answers. As I mentioned Ray was gay. Was this a hate crime for Kirts, premeditated & planned from the get go? I believe it was, I believe my brother was set up by this "less than human" being & targeted for the kind caring soul he was. Now was his investigation pushed under the rug for the same reason?? I would surely hope not, I would like to think that in this day & age our Law Enforcement isn't so biased/racist/homophobic that they would let a young man's murder/death go unresolved because of their shortcomings or personal feelings. Yet I'm here to tell you I think that may have happened!   As my precious brother got NOTHING, not one mention of his death in local news, local media, not social media, zip, nada, nothing. What investigation was done I feel was botched & done half hazardldy.  Not so much as even asking for a clue to maybe help in finding out what happened to this 50 year old/young man who laid deceased in his apartment for FOUR days before his body was found!!!! NOBODY deserves that...NOBODY!!! They say they want to wait to see what happens in the Nicole Bowen case before they move forward (if they do) . It may not be worth taxpayers dollars to extradite Kirts to another county when all they may charge him with is reckless homicide. That to them isn't worth it if he gets life for Nicole.  I CALL BULLCRAP. My brother is a human being & his life means something & he deserves justice NO MATTER WHAT. Here is where our cause steps in.. we are raising money for t-shirts to support our cause & possibly attorney fees as I feel likely they will be needed at a later date. This has been a devastating blow to our family. Many do not know that in late 2015 my mother lost her youngest sister to MS. In July of 2016 the loss of her youngest daughter to a heart attack. Then comes April of 2017 & she looses her husband of 47 years, the time frame for me gets fuzzy but after that she lost a younger brother to ALS, and then of course in March of 2019 her youngest son to murder.  How much more is one family to take?? Ray did not have life insurance nor any money that we know of. If he had any in the house Kirts got that too. Being Gay & single means all bills fell on my mothers shoulders. Shoulders already burdened with more than enough. A small widowers pension just didn't cover it. I'm hoping some of this might help her recoup & catch up.
