With heavy hearts and unwavering determination, we reach out to you today in the pursuit of justice for Patrick Hayes. Patrick was murdered near his home on September 25, 2024, outside Park City near the Jordanelle Reservoir. However, the legal system has failed to secure justice for Pat. Against all the evidence, the State of Utah will not be prosecuting the perpetrator for murder, and they have only chosen a pursuit of obstruction of justice. We believe that the evidence shows that Patrick was murdered without cause. As a family, we are fighting for the truth, yet we know we cannot do this alone. We are launching this fundraiser to secure the expertise of an experienced criminal lawyer and private investigator who will advocate for us and work tirelessly to uncover the truth and bring those responsible to justice.

Our Story:

Pat was a loving brother, fiancé, father, uncle, and a loyal friend and someone who touched the lives of everyone around him. He was widely respected in the world of swimming and water polo and in the community, he called home, Park City, Utah. His life was abruptly ended in a violent act, leaving his family, friends, and fiancé devastated. Despite our attempts to seek justice, we have faced obstacles that require professional legal services to help us navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system.
