JUSTICE FOR OZELL

The loving family of Ozell Stanley are currently seeking any form of monetary donations to assist with their love one Ozell”s legal and medical expenses.

Ozell Stanley was unlawfully assaulted on January 21st, 2024 by 2 Caucasian male deputies along with their Caucasian male supervisor for allegedly refusing to hand over a miniature plastic chair from his jail cell . It should be noted that Ozell was diagnosed and continues to suffer with mental health illness disorder. His life matters and he did not at anytime, present any physical harm to the 3 deputies who assaulted him ; causing severe and extensive bodily injuries . Ozell was brutally assaulted and tased for absolutely no justifiable reason.

Some of his injuries consist of a broken jaw, broken eye socket , bleeding on the brain and areas around his neck had substantial medical and physical evidence of strangulation marks . His loving mother Lisa Simmons suffers from a series of health concerns herself and the family are humbly requesting monetary donations to assist them in this fight for Justice for Ozell .

We sincerely thank and appreciate everyone within the community who has outwardly expressed their support and concerns for Ozell ;as he continues to recover within the confines of the Onondaga County Justice Center medical infirmary.
