It is with immense pain, frustration, and anguish that I write this on behalf of my family and I but We are sorry to say that we had to change the GoFundMe proposal. We had fully intended to help purchase a burial plot & headstone for our deceased family member that we had lost in a horrific tragedy. We would've liked to purchase the plot right next to a loved one, who had suddenly passed away last year. Our loved one who had passed away was super bright, very intelligent, sweet , outgoing & could have been more! We wanted them to know they were so loved, his memory will always be alive through family and friends. So we now have decided since we can not buy anything we raised the money for in the first place due to the other family excluding us from any arrangements. My family has decided to take a different route, where we will send off our loved one with happiness and the biggest party we could do & the whole community will be invited. We will also use the money for grandparents rights. We as a family have a RIGHT to see our cousin, no matter what the family has against us. We will also be planning to buy a tree @ sunset park along with a plaque we can visit at anytime. With the rest of the unused monies we will put it towards a charity, dealing with the same situation as we have been faced with. Please note , If you guys wish to get a refund, don't hesitate to request one , we fully understand. We understand the sudden change was not our intentions and we tried to fight for what we wanted. The GoFundMe will still be used in remembrance. No matter who says what, no one can take our love and sincerity away from us.
