Justice for our loving Angel Sara Ahmadie

We never realize how precious life is until one day, just like any other day, the unimaginable happens to a loved one and the lives they touched and left behind are forever changed. And that happened to my dearest friend who didn't come home from work last week to her mother. She was killed in a tragic accident when she was sitting in her car at a red light just two blocks away from home, coming home from work to her dear mother whom she lived with her entire life.

Sara was an extraordinary daughter, sister, auntie, and friend. She was dedicated to her family and friends and was always the first person to offer her generosity to those close to her or people she had met only recently. It didn't matter to her. She had a heart of gold. Sara was a giver, not a taker. Her biggest worry in this life was taking care of her mother who she immigrated with at a young age and couldn't be apart from since then. She has always taken care of her and has been her provider for most of her life. She loved introducing her mother to new experiences in this country and she was her guiding light in this life. Now her mother is left with this unimaginable and tremendous loss.

As a community, we are shattered and devastated by our loss. Sara's sudden death will leave a forever hole in our hearts. However, our goal is to rally support for her mother and her family in this tragic time and we hope the community will help us.

Our goal is to honor Sara's legacy by supporting her mother whom she loved so dearly. Please join us in this journey and mission by contributing to her funeral costs, legal costs to seek justice for her, and to her mother's future while navigating through this devastating and emotional time.
