Justice for Omari
This gofundme is for friends, families, and strangers who would like to donate to help our family in this traumatic and unforeseen event.
Hello, pictured above is my brilliant, handsome, eccentric nephew Omari Bryant. On the morning of December 5, 2020 ( a day before his 19th birthday) Omari’s family received a phone call that would forever change our lives. It was relayed to us that Omari’s body was found dead and hanging from an outside rail at the Southern Pines Inn in Homerville,GA. Within 30 minutes of his body’s discovery local authorities had ruled his death a suicide that required no further means of investigation. My nephew Omari was a magnificent young man with an alarmingly bright and successful future ahead of him. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him was forever changed after 1 conversation. Omari was beyond intelligent, he surpassed any definition of brave, and he had a calming spirit that people would naturally gravitate towards. His personality exuded character traits that can only be found in a modern day knight; loyalty, valor, kindness, humility, purity, honesty, self-discipline, integrity, excellence, and above all else a sense of perseverance. As you can understand, we as a family are at a complete loss of words and only seek answers as to what happened to Omari on the morning of December 5, 2020. We have publicly expressed concern about the suspicious nature of his death and have retained the help of Davis Bozeman Johnson Law and The Girley Law Firm to investigate the circumstances surrounding and leading to his demise. Furthermore, due to the unexpected nature of his death and the need to further inspect the cause, his funeral and burial arrangements must be delayed. We ask that you the people help us help Omari and the legacy that he leaves behind. Any donation no matter how big or small promotes our goal of obtaining a thorough investigation into his death as well as provides the family with the essential funds to give Omari a proper send off when the time comes. We ask that you please help alleviate some of the monetary stress of this ordeal while we as a family grieve and search for answers.
