Justice for Noah: Help Cover Legal Fees
Don protégé
Thank you for visiting our GoFundMe. I’m George, Noah’s dad. Noah was born with severe quadriplegic spastic cerebral palsy, and we’re here because we need your help covering the legal fees to hold his birth hospital accountable. Pursuing a medical malpractice claim is complex and costly - and every dollar you contribute brings us closer to justice for our son. Even sharing this page means the world. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with Noah.
The beginning:
Noah was born on October 26, 2021, after a long, difficult labor. From the very first hours of his life, it was apparent that Noah was struggling. He was born floppy and had a very low muscular tone. When it came to eating, he was unable to latch and needed feeding by syringe. Regardless of the struggles, he pushed through his as they became routine.
At just three months old, Noah was admitted to Children’s Hospital of Milwaukee under urgent circumstances. A series of MRIs revealed extensive white-matter injury. The struggles Noah would come to know as his daily life became more clear.
One ordinary afternoon at my job in Best Buy, I met a compassionate woman purchasing a computer who, by chance, turned out to be a retired OB-GYN. Her expert insight and medical record review confirmed what we’d long suspected: Noah’s injuries were the direct result of complications during his delivery.
Since then, Noah’s journey has been marked by additional diagnoses of severe spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy, epilepsy, cognitive and developmental delays, severe vision impairment, Non-Verbal, and a reliance on a G-tube for nutrition. He currently attends outpatient therapy as well as in school therapy every week. But through every therapy session, every medical appointment, and every new hurdle, his resilience shines.
Your generosity will help us secure the legal resources Noah needs to pursue accountability and ensure no other family endures what ours has faced. Thank you for joining us in this fight for justice and for believing in Noah’s strength and future.
While Medical Malpractice cases usually work on contingency, we were deprived of critical documentation when we first partnered with our law firm. Due to this, we are being asked to cover some of the expert fees to progress our case.
Any and all funds will be moved into a trust account set up to provide certified experts access.
