Ky është Noah Kodheli.
Noah ishte vetem 2 vjeç e gjysem kur papritur humbi jetën në një cerdhe në Fier në 7 Janar 2022. Prindërit e tij të rinj Arvi dhe Dona kurrë nuk do imagjinonin që mëngjesi i 7 Janarit do ishe hera e fundit që e përqafonin ëngjëllin e tyre. Ata e përcollën djalin në shkollë me duart e tyre dhe e morën në mbrëmje ne arkivol.
Dona dhe Arvi u shoqëruan nga pronari i cerdhes, në vendin ku supozohet Noah ndërroi jetë dhe i thanë që kapuci i Noah ngeci ne grepin ku vareshin rrobat e fëmijëve dhe pjesa e përparme e bluzes, u shtrengua te gryka e djalit dhe ai u mbyt. Dona preku grepin dhe duke aplikuar një force fare te vogël, grepi u shkëput, ajo bërtiti dhe tha se nuk është e mundur që një fëmijë rreth 15 kg, të varet te një grep që nuk mban as 5 kile.
Atyre nuk u lejua te takonin prokurorin e çështjes, atyre nuk ju dha një version zyrtar sesi Noah humbi jetën. Çerdhja u hap të nesërmen edhe pse prokuroria nuk arriti një konkluzion zyrtar mbi shkaqet e vdekjes. Bashkia nuk hetoi nëse ky kopësht është i përshtatshëm dhe i sigurt për fëmijet.
Noah u varros pa u marr asnjë përgjigje nga autopsia.
Dona dhe Arvi kërkojnë të vërtetën se si ndërroi jetë Noah dhe nëse ka fajtor, ata të ndërshkohen. Për fat të keq, ne Shqipëri, leku është faktor i rëndësishëm që vendos se ne çfarë krahu anon peshorja e drejtësisë. Por ska pse të jet keshtu, nuk duhet të jete kështu. Dashuria e prindërit për fëmijën nuk është e kushtëzuar as me lekun, as me pozicionin social dhe as me bukurinë, por është një ndjenjë që buron thellë nga shpirti, po ai shpirt që dhëmb pafund kur një tragjedi ndodh.
Dona dhe Arvi nuk kan të ardhura financiare të paguajnë nje avokat që ti ndihmojë të mësojnë të vërtetën për atë qe u ndodhi, por shpirti i tyre nuk do të jete kurrë në paqe nëse ata nuk i shkojnë deri ne fund kësaj çështje, për veten e tyre dhe mbi të gjitha për Noah e vogël.

This is Noah Kodheli.
Noah was only 2 and a half years old when he unexpectedly lost his life at a nursery in Fier on the 7th of January 2022. His young parents, Arvi and Dona, never imagined that on the morning of the 7th of January, they would never hug their angel again. They brought their boy to nursery with their own hands, and picked him up in the evening in a coffin.
Dona and Arvi were met by the owner of the nursery who then showed them the place that Noah had supposedly died, telling them that the hat part of Noah’s hoodie got stuck, and that it had gotten caught on a hook/hanger where the kids would hang their coats. Then, the front/collar part of the hoodie choked him around his throat and neck, where he suffocated. Dona pulled on one of the coat hooks with minimal/little force, and it broke off. She then turned and shouted that it is not possible that a child, around 15kg in weight, can be hung on a coat hanger that cannot withstand even 5kg.
They were not allowed to meet the prosecutor of the case, and they were not given any official statement of how Noah died. The nursery opened the next day, despite the prosecutor not having reached a official conclusion of the cause of death. The council did not investigate whether or not the nursery was safe for the children. Noah was buried with no explanation from the autopsy.
Dona and Arvi are searching the truth of how Noah died, and whoever was responsible for his death should be held accountable. Unfortunately, in Albania, money is an important factor in deciding who is to blame and to what extent, but there is no reason as to why it should be like this. A parent’s love for their child does not depend on money, social status or appearance, but this love is a feeling buried deep in the soul, the same soul that hurts greatly when a tragedies like these occur.
Dona and Arvi do not have the financial ability to pay for a lawyer in order to uncover the truth of what really happened, but their souls may never be at peace if they do not get to the bottom of the issue, for themselves and above all, for little Noah.
We aim to collect some money to pay for legal representatives to assist Dona and Arvi in their fight for justice. We have contacted lawyers / legal representatives and we hope that a sum of around €25,000 should suffice in covering these costs.
