Justice for my son Anderson Lopes

I am starting a GoFund me for Anderson Lopes, the superintendent at St. Martins Tower.  This is his story:
On June 7, 1993 God blessed me with my first born son, Anderson Lopes Jr. With that first glimpse of my baby boy my life was forever changed. He shined a light that filled me with joy. On March 6, 2018 that light was  taken away. Andy was murdered.

Andy had grown up to be an incredible man. He was an active duty Navy Sailor, and a proud father. Though Andy may no longer be with me,  my job as his  father and as his son's grandfather is not done. I need to be in the courtroom to see that justice is served.

Please help me raise funds for transportation and lodging during the trial. My family and I will travel from New York to San Diego California to attend the trial of the accused murders. I need to honor my son’s memory and I need the court to feel our family's presence.

I cannot describe how grateful my family and I are for the support we have received during this difficult time. We are lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people.
