As some may know, my best friend was shot and killed by the police. They were looking for somebody else and encountered my dog, which was guarding our stuff, just like a dog is supposed to. That's one job we have them for.

As you guys also know, I've got myself some legal help. We have the report back, and my attorney says I have several claims in several avenues. They also assured me this might be a couple of years in court; generously offered pro bono.

However, to file the actual lawsuit against the cops, I need help again. They WERE wrong and need something better than to shoot first and then ask. ESPECIALLY with a dog. They can't carry weapons last time I checked. But, I am asking for help starting this snowball.
