Justice for mom and daughter

Donation protected
Ten years ago, Kimberly Alvarez (Gstettenbauer) was about to realize her dream of meeting her soon to be born daughter.

During labor, Kim suffered an amniotic fluid embolism (AFE) that has left her severely disabled. Since then she’s been cared for by her mother, step father, nurses, sisters and family.

Her amazing daughter, against all odds, survived the embolism and has been nothing but a blessing to this family.

Unfortunately, she is in danger of not being able to see her mother any longer. We need your help!

The father and daughter moved out of state in 2015 unexpectedly and Kimberly cannot travel.  Kim’s parents fought and succeed to be able to bring Kim’s daughter back to California for holidays and summer visits but Kim’s parental rights are in danger now. Kim’s Mother and Step father are
traveling back and forth to the Colorado Springs courthouse to advocate for them.

As you can imagine, travel and legal fees are a huge issue and any support will be received with deep gratitude. Thank you for considering!

*Sarah (Kim's sister) manages Kim's bank account and 100% of the donations go to Kim.
