We are seeking answers regarding what happened to our Son, Mingo Demond Allen, II! The Birmingham Police Department is giving us and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (SBI) the runaround! Weve been asking for answers since April! The Mayor’s office hasn’t contacted us back and we were denied 2 Open Records request! We just want answers and something isn’t right!
