Hello world , my name is Olivia Edwards and my son was murdered by California authorities. On Sunday August 29,2021 the Best part of me was taken. Amelion Tremond Houff age 20,was in a car accident that injured himself and his passenger @448am. He and his friend were left to stuffer an insurmountable amount of time. Begging for anyone to help and unable to move because his legs were crushed by the car. His cries for help went unanswered for hours. According to eye witnesses who statements were NEVER taken.
Law enforcement was on the scene and refused to approach his car and did NOT allow Sacramento Fire EMT to render aide either.
My son and I were very close his entire 20yrs of living . He Graudated from San Lorenzo High School in 2019. He still lived at home. Amelion held a job during the entire pandemic. He was my blessing that kept me on the straight and narrow path , after having him at 19yrs old.He was my blessing that kept on giving.
Amelion was very respectful and independent , never leaning on anyone. He was a very determined young man. He set goals and accomplished them. My angel to say the least.
Amelion was active in his community, feeding home less and donating clothes. He participated in outreach programs with his church as well as daycare facilities. He also frequently spent time with his grandparents and family at gatherings etc. He always seem to keep a smile on everyone's face with his bright personality, he always made a way ❤
Since my son's MURDER I haven't been able to rest because nothing about Amelion's death is understandable. I've been devastated since this tragic accident happened. Amelion was My ONLY child. He was everything I could wish for in a son. I will never have grand kids or see my son continue to grow into the man he was setting up to be.
Instead I'm left here alone trying to make sense of this. Amelion was still ALIVE for more than 2hrs!!! Begging and pleading for help, stating " im stuck " my "legs are broken " " please help" " please help" according to serveral eye witnesses....
Law enforcement agencies on scene nor Sacramento Fire approached my son's car until 7:25am per eye witnesses and police statements ‼️ They collectively Left him in his car to suffer horrifically and bleed out.
First and foremost, I'm asking for prayers and well wishes for JUSTICE to Prevail.
Any donation will be used for his funeral services and seeking Justice for Amelion. I ask you look deep into your hearts to help my family and I to lay my son to rest.
Our African American families can NOT CONTINUE to be ripped apart by Negligence involving " Law Enforcement ‼️" My son Amelion Tremond Houff will NOT die in vain.
