Saturday morning, my baby brother, Micheal Phillips AKA Mikey, was shot in the head by Sheriff Clayton Raglan of the Crosby Police Department. My brother is in ICU fighting for his life and will never be the same after this. This cop is going to get away with this if we don’t get a lawyer. Anybody that knows me or my family knows that we don’t ask for anything EVER, but my biggest fear is this cop getting away with attempted murder and doing this again. Anything helps. If you're unable to help, I understand. If you just don't want to help, I also understand. I just want justice for my baby brother.
