My name is Kerry Palmer (Wilson), my 15-year-old son Mikey died on August 19th, 2025.

I was his custodial parent, and I did not know he had access to the dirt bike involved in his death.

After months of waiting, I have been informed that no criminal charges will be laid.

So now, I am left to pursue accountability on my own.

I am starting this GoFundMe to help with legal fees and some living expenses as I take this to civil court.
