Justice for Luis Romero
Donation protected
My uncle, Luis Romero, migrated to the United States from Honduras in 2004. He and his wife, Ingrid, were seeking employment in the U.S. to provide a better life for their sons.
He found work with a local moving company and has remained a deliveryman since. Ingrid works as a cook in a local restaurant in Woodbridge, VA but has been out of work due to COVID-19. Doing their best, living modestly, and sending most of their earnings to support family in Honduras, we were all shaken by the incident that occurred on Friday, June 12, 2020.
Luis was involved in a terrible tragedy while working early Friday evening. His cranium is fractured in half and he lost so much blood that paramedics had to immediately call his wife to obtain consent for a blood transfusion. He remains in a sedated coma with life threatening trauma.
Luis is fighting for his life in an Intensive Care Unit and Ingrid is out of work; any sort of donation to Luis and his family would be immensely appreciated. Thank you very much.
