We are reaching out to our community today because someone we love is facing an uphill battle he cannot fight alone. As many of you know, Logan is currently navigating a complex legal case where his fundamental rights have been compromised.

What began as a routine stop quickly and inexplicably escalated into an act of police brutality. Instead of protection, Logan was met with an unwarranted assault - an experience that has left physical and mental scars.

In an attempt to justify this use of force and bury the truth of the encounter, the system has responded by leveling excessive, disproportionate charges against him. This is a common tactic used to silence those who have been wronged, making the cost of fighting back so high that most are forced to give up. Logan refuses to be silenced, but he is currently being out-resourced by the very institution that violated his rights.

While we cannot discuss the specific details of the ongoing litigation, we can say this: Logan is fighting to protect his freedom against a system that has made the cost of a fair defense nearly impossible to bear.
