Many people knew Kyle Elardo, he was friends with everyone. He is an amazing son, brother, family member, and friend. Kyle lit up a room no matter where he was. He was the peace in our big family. He always showed up for everyone and was always that person you can rely on.

On September 17th our family received the worst phone call we could ever imagine. Kyle was taken from us way too soon from a preventable tragic accident. Kyle was recently working in Pennsylvania. While there he was doing what he loved, riding his ATV in the trails, he unfortunately lost control hit a guard rail which caused him to get thrown into the road. He then got hit by a car that unfortunately did not stop for him. We are under the impression and was told by police that if he would have stopped for him there could have been a chance he would still be here with us. After that car left him, his best friends were trying to stop traffic where a tractor trailer hit him again and also did not stop for him and costing him his life.

As our family is still trying to process that this is real, our goal is to get justice for Kyle, and we are fully determined to do so and ensure the drivers are found and take full accountability of there cowardly actions. This road ahead will be a difficult legal battle, this will require significant recourses. We appreciate all the support even if it is just a simple share to help us get justice for Kyle. In lieu of flowers and arrangements please help the family fund this journey. This fund will directly allow our family to stand strong in the upcoming legal battles and other expenses to give Kyle what he deserves. We are already brainstorming all the different possibilities we can do for Kyle while also trying to help other people in hopes awful things like this don't continue to happen. We want to change the world, We want to ensure Kyles name lives on forever at the places he loved the most and brought him the most joy. We want a portion of this fund to be used to secure permanent stadium tributes for him at both Citi Field and Metlife stadium. We want his name permanently etched into the landscape of the teams he cheered for every season. Giving his family and friends a place to visit him and feel his spirit before the games.
