Aloha my name is Lelani and this is for my Service dog Kugel-Noodle -Noodle who was murdered in cold blood in front of me on June 29th 2021.

 

I thought I NEEDed TO HIRE A LAWYER ASAP for representation... but now the story has unfolded that there is too much corruption here.The police, the humane society..the dog owners themselves... 

I am now in the process of creating my own non profit to help dog owners who lose a dog and whom develop severe trauma from the loss.

 

PLEASE ATTENTION: HAMOA BEACH in HANA MAUI IS NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN !!!! These two bristle-haired black dogs are free to roam the road and beach & they are bred to attack possibly to protect a meth lab!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET OR CHILD HERE to this beach !! 

 

 Kugel-Noodle  was more than a service dog. He was my best friend, trusty sidekick, prince protector, and my snuggle bunny. He got me through my last 5 traumatic years and I was absolutely devoted to his regal soul. There wasn't a day that went by which I didn't kiss his neck and tell him how much I loved him and what a brave and handsome and sweet boy he is. He was my puddle of puppy, my little piece of daily heaven. I carried hm around in his back pack and there was only 17 days where he and I were separated. He went on planes, trains, buses, taxi's, and cross country road trips with me. He sat in Broadway plays, music concerts, movie theaters, grocery stores, construction warehouses, dental offices, real estate offices, bitcoin offices, nail salons, libraries, roofing companies, IRA companies, beaches, amusement parks, and many more. If he wasn't following closely at my heels even in busy New York City he would be safely tucked away on my back in his "home" which I had named his stickered back pack carrier which he absolutely loved to snuggle in.

 

On Tuesday June 29th 2021 our lives changed forever. I went to Hana to the waterfalls with two of my spiritual goddess sisters to transmute the negativity of the world and also clear my own traumas from my womb and aura. I had never done something so sacred and it was much needed. I was very successful in my mission and Kugel-Noodle aka "Kugie" was there by our sides watching us from the bank with his beautiful Kukui necklace strung from spear fishing line. We then went to the food trucks in Hana there where a lady had taken photos of Kugie running around bc she was so infatuated with his little face and she messaged one of my Goddess Sisters the photos ;) We found ourselves afterwards shooting a mini dance video on the main Hana road above Hamoa Beach on the lava rock wall. Kugie was seen by me holding him and then having him dance on his hind legs on the wall with all 3 of us Goddesss to a "Pure Powers" Song who is an OM-azing music artist from Maui.

 

 I then noticed a pair of black bristle haired dogs, uncollared slinking around past us twice. They had their heads low to the ground going back and forth and when I looked into their eyes they were grey white. The male had a pair of giant testicles and the female had her teets still out showing premature gestation even as old as they both seemed. I immediately got the instinct that they were not safe to be around and collected Kugel-Noodle in my car parked nearby until they were out of sight. We got invited to a BBQ happening on the road by a local sweet man named Du457n- however we declined as we needed to start heading back. This was around 5:45 pm. My one friend wanted to go lie by the beach for 30 minutes before we made our way back to THE nORTH shORE. So I followed her down to the beach. We set up camp away from everyone. She was lying face down on her blanket and I put my blanket down for Kugel-Noodle to sit on at my feet while I set up my tripod to shoot myself doing a ribbon dance. Off to the far left with my back to the ocean was a young boy in a cast smoking something sitting on a lava wall, a slender female with a shoulder tattoo was around him as well as a tall blue-eyed blonde hair local guy. To our right was a family building a sand castle and a couple people in the ocean. After my ribbon dance I let my camera play of the view of the ocean. I stood with Kugel-Noodle and speaking to my friend when the two black dogs appeared where the kid in the cast were and they began making their way towards us. I had an immediate weary reaction. Why were these dogs on the beach and accompanied by the tall blonde local guy coming closer to me and my puppy? Their approach still plays in slow motion in my mind. On camera, you hear me asking the guy if his dogs are friendly and that mine is and I want to make sure. In that instant the black male dog named BULA lunged at Kugel-Noodle and clamped down hard. I started screaming bloody murder and the dog trustee's came over and were kicking Bula and beating on him as I had my hands in his mouth trying to get him to let go of my sweet sweet brave boy. Somehow after what seemed 2 minutes Bula let him go and I grabbed Kugel-Noodle who was all bloody and ran screaming to the stone steps at the shore trying to asses the damage and what could be done. As the tape rolls the dog's trustees are heard saying "I knew this would happen" "I told you" "Fuck" "Let's get out of here" "They always have to be on a leash". Kugie had a puncture wound in his tiny tummy (7lbs soaking wet) and I assessed to get in the car and IMMEDIATELY drive to the nearest vet which was in Kahalui 2/3 hours away. I cried and screamed to mother Mary in the back of my car and called on my angels and protectors to spare my babies life to grant me a miracle. That it was too soon to lose him. I kissed bis neck I told him how I'd feed him endlessly chicken and warm some soft blankets in the dryer and massage his feet- How I'm about to cuddle him so hard and hold him all night. How happy he's going to be- mommy and Me.

 

Kugel-Noodle Noodle passed and convulsed in my arms a few blocks from the vet from internal bleeding and a possible organ puncture..
The time was 8:27 pm June 29th.

 

I begged the nurse to shock him alive as it started raining down on me like a movie in that parking lot. She sadly handed me his body back. Kugel-Noodle died at age 4.5 years. In my arms. The most precious place for him close to my heart. He was so brave he was even pushing on my chest to get me to stop crying on the ride from Hana. I thought he was going to make it. My heart is so devastated and traumatized. My love.

 

I am wanting to spread the word to all in an ACTION TO GET THESE DOGS REMOVED FROM THIS ROAD AND BEACH! There has been many many complaints from locals about the dog owners actions as well as the two dogs chasing kids on bikes, snapping at cars driving by, and sleeping unaccounted for under parked cars. Everyone has been too afraid to stand up to owner Tony bc of his angst bully nature and ties with the local government and Newspapers to inflict fear yet handsome charm onto people. His is there on Hamoa Beach where he has been known to threaten locals. New Age Hawaiian Mafia. I have nothing to lose to uncover this man's deep seeded agendas.

My BESTfriend is dead and I am a mother with her heart on FIRE!!!!

 

A dog is a personal reflection of a man's soul. My puppy was nothing but a lover. These animals have been subjected to abuse and cruel energy. PERIOD.

 

PLEASE HELP ME GET JUSTICE FOR Kugel-Noodle AND GET THESE DOGS CONSTRAINED TO THE OWNER'S LAND BEFORE THEY BITE A CHILD, KILL ANOTHER ANIMAL UNJUSTLY, OR KILL A HUMAN!!!!
